iconic only collects data through text messages that is necessary to facilitate communication with residents and families concerning meeting times and case status, to collect financial documents required by the states, and occasionally, with facilities under contract with iconic.
How iconic Shares Information
Residents or families who sign iconic's contract agree to allow sharing the information described above with iconic employees, facility employees, and attorneys, if any, retained by the Residents.
Important: iconic does not disclose or transmit any SMS content to third parties for the purpose of marketing or promotional activities.
